The OOWC, in collaboration with FAO and the Permanent Representation of Spain to FAO, on the occasion of World Olive Tree Day, want to highlight the contribution of this crop to biodiversity, the environment, health and also as an engine of economic development in various regions of the world.
To this end, they will organize a meeting at FAO headquarters in Rome, on November 24, where these issues will be discussed and experiences will be exchanged with experts from around the world to commemorate this day.
