Innovative uses of olive oil: beyond cooking

We want to know how consumers around the world use olive oil in their daily lives, beyond traditional breakfast toast or stews.

Step outside the conventional uses of olive oil – cooking, beverages, beauty, and wellness – and discover a world of innovation. Picture cutting-edge cocktails, custom-crafted natural skincare, and transformative holistic therapies. Unleash your imagination, and you’ll find there are no limits.

How does it work?

Every voice matters. We want to give consumers from around the world the opportunity to share their unique perspective for the future of olive oil. Submit as many ideas as you like, but only one can be the winner.

Adults worldwide are invited to participate, free of charge, from March 10th to April 4th. To enter, you must:

  • Create a post on Instagram
  • Upload it to your profile using the hashtag #BeyondOliveOil
  • Tag Olive Oil World Congress (@OliveOilWC)

Every interactionswith your publication will count towards the final rating. Encourage your friends, family and followers to support your idea and spread your vision for the future of olive oil. Every ‘Like’ and comment adds up!

By participating in the competition, you authorize the brand to share and promote your idea on its platforms. We want to give visibility to the most interesting proposals and spread the talent of participants through our communication channels.

The panel of judges, which will be composed of the Scientific and Organising Committees of the congress, including representatives from leading international industry associations and research institutions, will assess submissions based on originality, feasibility and added value.

Public engagement and support across social media platforms will also be considered.
