The OOWC wants to focus on the health benefits of olive oil consumption and, to this end, has organised a conference entitled "Olive oil, health and sport" on 15 December, which will be attended by Antonio Escribano, Professor of Sports Nutrition at the Catholic University of Murcia.
In addition, the event will also serve to present the Olive Oil World Congress to the sponsors of this important event, which will take place on 26, 27 and 28 June 2024 in the Assembly Hall of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC).
